Yes, it’s that completely unpredictable moment when another Minor Technicality squeezes its squidgy way out into the warming world.
This show is all about stuff going on:
- Podcasting a mofo: 212Blues, Short&Fuzzy, and more!
- Not so much fun using the London public transport system - In, out, in, out, shake it all about.
- Nasal hair and [...]

It started with my notebook application (currently Mori) and now I am wanting it ecerywhere: three column wide screen layouts.
Thanks to a new plugin, OSX’s Mail can now be added to my list (take a peek at the screenshot, and yes, that is my real mail account and folder list on the left!). The plugin [...]

This morning saw an early leap into the city (London) for a video conference pitch to a prospective client for Audacious Communications.News just in: we got the job!I’ll leave the finer details for an official announcement on the Audacious website, but this is the first significant commission for the unique collaboration which which is Audacious Communications. The project is certainly going to be a challenge over the coming weeks but finally an opportunity to put all our collective experience and ideas into play.It hasn’t been an easy ride in recent months getting work in for Audacious.

After coming across Chris Garrett’s post on Performancing.com about how to lose blog subscribers, I thought I’d create my own personal (slightly tongue in cheek) list about how to get your podcast removed from my (admittedly small) subscription list, or even not get on it in the first place.1. Just keep doing exactly the same thing in the same way for endless shows.

I caught up with Minor Technicality (as you can see below), prepped the next Priceless, and experimented with some new ideas (”Tune-In”, “Geoff’s travel Tips” & “CZJ’s Hollywood Diary”), all short, snappy, humorous shows I intend to release not too far into the future - providing the experiments work appropriately well that is! If you can’t wait and really need to hear the pilots, email me with appropriate bribes.Despite now having to worlk Sunday afternoon/evening, and ‘looking forward’ to a heavy work week ahead, it feels damn good to be getting back on track with this stuff.

You bet your auntie’s pink satin bloomers it is!Several hours pouring over the core plot this morning generated a satisfactory synopsis, but it took the additional input from someone who knew nothing about the exiting story to put the icing on the cake (my sincere gratitude to Adrian Pegg for that)…. As everyone around Heather is stripped of body parts and life, her only way out is to discover and sever the secret link between twins.I’d pay to see it!*Last post on the subject unless by some miracle I win the competition in which case I’ll never shut up about it!Actually, now that I think about it, I have a lot to say on the subject of screenwriting - not from a successful professional viewpoint or course - but it is a creative process and a fulfilling journey which I believe I need to take in my life, however it turns out.

Jen is currently reading through for typos and glaring grammar errors while I start to consider the required tag-line and 100 word synopsis (”easy, one for each page!” I hear you cry - unhelpfully).Sever - when you lose your family, just make a new one.Sever - making new friends, out of the bits of old ones.Sever - it’s got scary bits in it.OK, maybe none of those, but you get the idea.

I know that although I have achieved mostly a story and partly a script, if it is dropped at this time it will likely never be completed - you know how it is when there’s no deadline and a bunch of other things to get done…. I sat and thought hard about what it would mean to meet the script deadline of being in the post this coming Friday: late nights, very late nights, and even more late nights.
