Grabbing a few minutes with a camera

There’s nothing like a severe time and geographical restraint when one has a camera to hand, to force some creative thinking.

Yesterday’s day trip near Cardiff was primarily focused around a family visit, so the notion of wandering around with a camera for a few hours was out of the question. However, a few minutes at a secluded pebble beach – with horrible, bright, hazy light – proved adequate opportunity to snap a few shots. I’d love to spend some time down there as there was a great deal more opportunity for some interesting visuals.

The “Wheel in the Sand” is my favorite. You’ve made it appear to be an important artifact in a museum. Nice work!
