Maybe a little scare-mongering, but watch this video to discover just how little time it can take a completely unprotected Windows XP system to be infected once connected to the internet.
Is it an hour? Is it ten minutes?
No. 8 seconds!

In just 8 seconds, the Windows machine was infected with the sasser worm and was off happily downloading all kinds of spyware and other malicious applications.

    That video is astonishing.
    Just wait until Vista comes out… it’s being release as 7 different products… not just ‘Home’, ‘Pro’, and ‘Server’. Oh no… four more on top of that! Hackers are gonna love it! ;)
