Just flicking through some potential freelance opportunities (posted at freelancers.net), and amongst a handful of genuine-looking prospects, I came across this one:

We are looking for brilliant designers who work in flash and or photoshop to work on projects for our small digital agency based in South of UK.
Candidates can work from home, if thats what makes them brilliant - but must be based in the UK.
