Car insurance compared to &quot;car insurance&quot; is a difference of 56,000,000 (car insurance) compared to 48,600,000 (&quot;car insurance&quot;).  

Then I did a less competitive phrase (car stereo systems) 5,610,000 and (&quot;car stereo systems&quot;) 101,000.  Big difference.

For my last test I used car stereo and &quot;car stereo&quot; .  Results were nearly the same.</description>
