With the aim to produce some saleable originals, it’s tough these days to decide whether a drawing ends up on a sheet of acid free cartridge paper, or in my Moleskine sketchbook. As it’s turning out, the criteria for the sketchbook inclusion is that the underlying concept has a strong personal resonance, or current relevance. In some way all the works are personal and relevant of course, but so much more so for the sketchbook. The latest is on the left.
A very pleasing surprise this morning was to be ‘featured artist’ on the official Moleskinerie site. I have to say it is a damn good feeling to have your work described as “jaw-dropping” ! A big thank you to whoever decided my work was worthy of this recognition.

Thank you folks. It’s certainly been a positive boost in motivating to draw some more.
