Living in Spain
Last week’s vacation confirmed where our hearts and ambitions truly lie, in Dénia on the Costa Blanca, South Eastern Spain. Plans are afoot to get us there in the next few years, so watch this space for more updates as we (hopefully) get closer to our dream.
Fitness and bike gadgets
The old bike is off to someone else and the new bike is up and pedalling! The geeky side of cycling returns with a heart rate monitor and pace/cadence monitor to optimise the time I spend trying to get fit, and also to keep me in the safe zone. I discovered I was less than safe when pushing myself on solo rides.

Nostalgia on the iPhone
