Troubles with Mail.app today - lists of mailbox contents were simply not displaying and in recent days the app was hanging trying to organise and list messages - sent me on a quest. I found this little gem to fiddle in Terminal for a few mins which ends up not only noticeably speeding up mail [...]

The image quality of the latest iPod is way better than I was expecting. So much so that I was able to use it as reference for a small watercolour. wach out guy downstairs getting drunk and playing Alanis Morissette on 11 for 1′42″ every couple of months.It’s been a while since I’ve had the energy to make music, but it’s growing once more now that life and work are settling down and a little more under control at last. Reason 3.0 is on the way - I’ve been using Reason for a few years off and on and it’s a superb piece of kit, running beautifully on my powerbook - enough to get some serious stuff done at least.
